Residential Roofing

Following a recent storm that left hail and wind damage throughout our neighborhood, I contacted Don Andrews for help. He replaced a roof on one of my rental properties and did a good job, so I knew he would do a good job on my own home. He and the crew arrived quickly and surveyed the damage. We agreed on a shingle grade and color and they got right to work. They were fast and efficient, protected our hedges and shrubbery, and most importantly, they did an excellent job of cleaning up. I can certainly recommend Don Andrews and A&W Construction for any roof replacement. I'll certainly contact him again if we have another storm pass through.

Don Andrews installed a new roof on my house after a recent hailstorm. His team did an amazing job. They even went into the attic and repaired some broken rafters that were causing the roof to sag in two different locations. I had no idea of this problem, but they made the necessary repairs at no additional cost, just because it needed to be done. I will definitely use A&W Construction again and can certainly recommend him to others.

Don, thank you for a job well-done on the new roof on my house. I can honestly say I have no memory of a job more completely done right and as quickly as this was done by your crew. Each one of your workers was courteous and professional. There was no loud music or noise of other sorts. The workers were great! The other thing I want to compliment you on is the gutter in the back. That wasn’t nearly as simple as I had envisioned, but was still handled with skill and efficiency. I must say I was prepared to pay more for the complexity and labor involved, but you stood by your word on price. All in all, this job was fantastic. I used A&W construction to replace the rotting wood on my chimney and was very pleased with the work they did. They installed all new framing, sheathing, and covered it with moisture barrier and hardy siding.  It looks great and should last a long time!
